It has been a while since G&P delved in the Gas Blow Back Rifle market but when they do, they make sure they make a stand and that's exactly what they have done with the S GBBR. If it's not obvious already, the S stands for Salient. Salient Arms is a real steel firearms company that focuses on accurizing Glocks, M&P, XD and Benelli M2, M1s and M4s. G&P have made this replica look stunning.

The G&P S GBB is in all essentialities a WA M4 GBB. But what sets the G&P M4 apart is that although the internals are still WA parts, they are in no way stock. Internally the G&P M4 sports an improved hammer set which featuring a bearing hammer pin set which enables the bolt to cycle smoother. With all other internal parts converted to steel, with the G&P hop-up chamber.

Their external parts takes the cake. Let's start with the rear. At the back they've placed a MOE stock and pistol grip. At the front is their MOTS 12.5 inch Keymod rail system. The Keymod series of rails have been increasingly popular these past months as it allows the user to add rails in where they want for all the accessories they need. The flash hider is their URX steel, blue burnt version which makes it look as if it's been used by real M4s.

Recently, G&P have produced a complete bolt carrier with a gold chromic coating and Salient engraved on the side. Although the real steel version has a little more grip, G&P made a great attempt replicating it as it matches the best part of the M4. Just look at that receiver. The titan black finish with the S engravings and markings in the appropriate areas just give it a beastly look. The M4 also comes with a T1 red dot sight and a 39 round PMAG and once they're all together, you get something that looks incredibly tacticool!
