Shipping method:

  1. Our web stores are mostly focused on sports goods. Our customer support team will notify you via phone, WhatsApp, or email if there is inadequate stock. During that period, you can get in touch with our customer support team to discuss the exchange or refund process.

  2. “Pre-order Product” Owing to the extended waiting period, the items will be shown in the pre-order goods' description column. Notifications and the pre-order items will be sent out in batches in the order that the order was placed when they arrived.

Standard delivery service (Post Office)

  • Delivery areas include: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and outlying islands.

 

  • Please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.

 

  • Only one address may be used for each order. Please place separate orders with the appropriate addresses if you wish the product to be shipped to various places.

 

  • Order processing: Depending on inventory, orders that have been successfully paid for typically take two to three working days to process and ship *(working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, & public holidays)*.

 

  • Normally, it takes 2-3 working days for a standard delivery service to reach its destination. It will take an extra 3-4 working days for orders placed in distant parts of Hong Kong to be delivered *(working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)*

  • Verify again that the Hong Kong SAR phone number (+852) you entered is capable of receiving text messages from the Hong Kong SAR (SMS).

 

  • Order processing: Depending on inventory, orders that have been successfully paid for typically take 2-3 working days to process and ship
    *(working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, & public holidays)*.

 

  • After being shipped, the items should typically reach the assigned post office or self-service iPostal Stations in two to three working days *(working days do not include public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays)*. The post office will send an SMS message with a pickup password to the recipient's phone number.

 

  • To pick up the items, customers can go to specific post offices or Self-service iPostal Stations, display the text message, or input the password on the message.

 

  • After getting the SMS, please pick up the parcel within 48 hours. Please contact the post office customer care hotline at (+852) 2921 2222 with any questions regarding arrangements for late goods.




SF Express (door to door)

 

  • Delivery areas include: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and outlying islands.

  • Verify again that the Hong Kong SAR phone number (+852) you entered is capable of receiving text messages from the Hong Kong SAR (SMS).

 

  • Normally, it takes 2-3 working days for a standard delivery service to reach its destination. It will take an extra 3-4 working days for orders placed in distant parts of Hong Kong to be delivered *(working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)*

 

  • After the orders are sent out, they will usually arrive at the designated SF Locker within 2-3 working days *(working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)*.SF Express will send an SMS message with a pickup password to the recipient's phone number.

 

  • To retrieve the merchandise, customers simply proceed to the assigned SF Locker and input the password.

 

  • After getting the SMS, please pick up the parcel within 30 hours. Please contact the SF Express customer care hotline at (+852) 2730 0273 with any questions regarding arrangements for late goods.

 

  • An SF Express Hong Kong "Shun Hui Yi" service fee of HK$10 will be assessed every 24 hours if a customer selects an SF Locker and does not finish the pickup within the first 24 hours of the courier successfully delivering the product to the locker. Every 24 hours, fees will be accumulated. SF Express has the right to update pertinent information and service prices. For up-to-date information, please visit the SF Express website or give them a call.





SF Station pick-up

 

  • You can enter the SF Station address and number in the address bar during checkout. (By the way, for the address of the SF Locker, please refer to: SF Express official website)

 

  • Verify again that the Hong Kong SAR phone number (852) you entered is capable of receiving text messages from the Hong Kong SAR (SMS).

 

  • Order processing: Depending on inventory, orders that have been successfully paid for typically take 2-3 working days to process and ship (working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, & public holidays).

 

  • After being shipped, the items should typically reach the assigned SF Station in two to three working days (working days do not include public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays). SF Express will send an SMS message with a pickup password to the recipient's phone number.

 

  • To pick up the items, customers can go to specific SF Stations, display the text message, or the password on the message.

 

  • Following the delivery of the pickup notice message, customers have two days to pick up their shipments at the assigned SF Express station. SF Express will retrieve any shipments that are past due. If you would like to reschedule pickup, please contact the customer care hotline at (852) 2730 0273.

Pick-up at shop

 

  • You can choose Pick-up at shop during checkout.

 

  • Verify once more that the email address you provided is capable of receiving emails issued by Bang Bang.

 

  • Order processing: Depending on inventory, orders that have been successfully paid for typically take 2-3 working days to process and ship *(working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, & public holidays)*.

 

  • Customers will receive an email notification for pickup when their order is prepared for pickup.

 

  • In order to pick it up, please show the email notification of pickup to the store staff during Bang Bang office hours.

 

 

 

Delivery to international area:

 

 

  • The post office calculates the shipping fee for overseas delivery after we pack the parcel. We will schedule delivery after charging the product price and the cost of international shipping simultaneously.

  • As a Customer, you should understand that it is your responsibility to check local import laws and local tax regulations before purchasing this product/item.

 

  • Our liability ends when the goods are delivered and the receipt is obtained. If the items are lost or destroyed after delivery, held by customs or law enforcement agencies or if they cannot be delivered to the specified address, we shall not be held liable. We will work with you to provide the necessary delivery receipts, but if there are any delivery issues, you will need to handle the matter person ally and at your own expense with the local post office.

 

  • The recipient is going to be regarded as the importer of record and needs to follow all destination rules. The destination country or region (henceforth referred to as "the tax") may impose taxes (such as value-added tax, sales tax, import tax, goods and services tax), customs duties, and other fees on orders fulfilled outside of Hong Kong. This tax is collected when an international cargo arrives in the recipient's country, and recipients may be obliged to pay it. Additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

 

  • For additional information about customs policies, please get in touch with your local customs office. You, as the registered importer, must assume the risk that the delivery date may be later than our initial estimate if you have to go through customs clearance processes.

 

  • In certain nations or areas, customs officials could ask the importer of record to present a certain kind of identification before shipment. You may be requested for identification, such as a tax ID, CPF, or unique identification. Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey are among the nations that need identity verification.

 

  • By selecting "Confirm" to finish the order process, you agree to pay any applicable taxes, surcharges, and import paperwork applications when the ordered products are shipped.

 

  • If the merchandise is returned and rejected, the remaining amount will be credited to your payment account; shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Please take note that we must accurately declare the value of the items (including the value of gifts) since paying surcharges, various taxes, registering the necessary goods with the destination of the shipment, or asking for an import license all require the import rules of the local country. Certain nations even require that, for customs clearance to occur, paperwork detailing the contents of the package—including its value—be affixed to its exterior. 店鋪自取

  • 客人可於結帳時選擇店鋪自取。
  • 請重覆確認所輸入的電郵地址能夠成功收取由 Bang Bang 所發出的電郵。
  • 確認付款成功後,一般訂單需時 2-3 個工作天 (工作天不包括星期六﹑日及公眾假期) 處理,視貨存而定。
  • 當訂單已準備可供取貨時,顧客將會收取到可取貨通知電郵以供取貨。
  • 收到可取貨通知電郵後,請於 Bang Bang 辦公時間內出示給店鋪職員以供取貨。




海外地區配送:

  • 海外配送運費以最終完成包裹後郵局計算為準。我們會同時收取商品價格及海外運費,其後再安排配送。

  • 作為客戶,您應該了解,您有責任在購買該產品/商品之前檢查當地進口法律和當地稅務法規。
