  基於本地消防及安全守則，充氣服務會有設定壓力限制，例如限制每個汽缸只能充至 3000 psi。這有助於確保安全性並遵守相關標準。

  我們會對氣缸進行檢查，以確保其符合安全標準。然而，由於氣缸可能存在隱藏的缺陷或損壞，服務提供者無法保證檢查過程能夠發現所有問題。

In-Store HPA Refilling Service Terms and Conditions

Service Description:
The in-store high-pressure air (HPA) Refilling service aims to provide customers with the service of Refilling HPA tanks including checking the tank's condition, filling it with high-pressure air, and ensuring safety.

Safety Precautions:
As high-pressure air tank refilling involves handling high-pressure air, customers must adhere to relevant safety precautions when using this service. Bang Bang Ltd may provide necessary safety guidelines, and customers should strictly follow these guidelines to ensure personal and others' safety.

Refilling Pressure Limit:
Based on local fire and safety regulations, there will be a set pressure limit for the refilling service. For example, each tank will be limited to a charging pressure of up to 3000 psi. This is done to ensure safety and compliance with applicable standards.

Tank Inspection:
We will inspect the cylinders to ensure they meet safety standards. However, as tanks may have hidden defects or damages, Bang Bang Ltd cannot guarantee that the inspection process will detect all potential issues.

User Self-Inspection:
Customers may be required to perform regular inspections of their own tanks to ensure their good condition. Bang Bang Ltd may recommend customers to regularly inspect tanks and follow relevant safety guidelines.

Disclaimer:
Bang Bang Ltd is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from tank damage or failure during or after the service. This includes, but is not limited to, tank rupture, air leakage, or pressure instability.

Assumption of Risks:
By using the in-store HPA refilling service, customers acknowledge and assume all risks associated with handling high-pressure tanks. Customers should be aware that using high-pressure tanks carries inherent risks and take personal responsibility for those risks.

Tank Legality:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the tanks they use comply with local laws and regulations. If customers use unauthorized or illegal tank, the service provider explicitly disclaims any liability in the disclaimer.

Limitation of Liability:
While Bang Bang Ltd will make reasonable efforts to provide the service, we do not provide any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the service. Bang Bang Ltd is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the service.
