Pre-order Terms & Conditions

  1.       Regardless of how you place an order with our store, including via WhatsApp, Facebook, in-store, or online, you acknowledge and agree to all the contents of these pre-order terms. In case of any disputes, the contents of these terms will serve as the basis.

2.       If you choose to place an order online, please select the product, color, and size on the website -> add to cart -> checkout -> fill in the recipient's name, phone number, and shipping address -> select payment method -> confirm and submit the order -> fulfill the payment -> wait for an email notification for pickup when your order is prepared for pickup.

 

3.       Customers must ensure the following information is correct when placing an order. We will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information:

-          Product, color, order quantity, and size

-          Recipient's name, phone number, and shipping address

-          Payment information

 

4.       All pre-ordered items will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful payment. The order is only valid after successful payment. Payments must be completed within 24 hours or before the specified cutoff date to ensure successful booking. Payments received beyond the stated deadline may result in unsuccessful bookings or supply shortages.

 

5.       Pre-order generally takes about 2-4 weeks or the time specified on the product page for delivery, for reference only. Actual time depends on the supplier's shipping and delivery conditions. Without further notice, special situations like weather, customs inspections, and shipping delays may necessitate an extra one to two weeks.

 

6.       After the pre-ordered products arrive, we will arrange for inventory checks and notify customers for pickup. If it is within 6 weeks of the booking time, our store will not respond to any inquiries about the shipping status. If there are stock shortages, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you do not receive such a notification, it means the goods are still in transit. Please be patient as we have limited manpower to handle a large number of orders.

 

7.       Pre-order Products owing to the extended waiting period, the estimated time of arrival will be shown in the pre-order goods' description column. Notifications and the pre-order items will be sent out in batches in the order that the order was placed when they arrived.

 

8.       All orders cannot be modified once payment has been verified unless we confirm in writing. If the order needs to be canceled due to personal reasons other than product issues, 5% of the total order amount will be charged as a service fee. 9.       Orders cannot be exchanged or refunded if the incorrect size is purchased.  Our store can provide selling expertise and official size information (if available) for customers' reference, but the customer is responsible for making the final size selection.

 

10.   The pre-ordered product’s final form is subject to the actual factory’s final product. The pre-ordered product photographs on this website are offered solely for reference purposes. If the manufacturer changes the product design, we will not accept purchase cancellations or return requests based on those changes.

 

11.   Product packaging may vary depending on region (including exterior boxes, product stickers, wrapping paper, product tags, etc.), and as we acquire products from all over the world. The pre-ordered products cannot be exchanged or refunded based on discrepancies in packaging from expectations.

 

12.   The contents of the order are required to be settled independently. Therefore, if the items in the order have not all arrived at the time of pickup, customers must still pay the balance for the items they are collecting. If some items in the order were not successfully ordered, our company will refund the deposit paid for those items. In this case, customers must also pay the full balance for the remaining successfully ordered items. If customers request that all items in the order be successfully ordered, they must raise this request before the transaction and obtain our written confirmation.

 

13.   Customers who purchase in-store and choose in-store pickup must pick up their order within two weeks of receiving the arrival notification and pay the remaining payment. We will not notify customers about pickup again. Any orders not picked up within two weeks will be considered abandoned, and no deposits will be reimbursed.

 

14.   Customers will receive a complete refund or exchange under the following specific circumstances. For more details, please refer to: Return and exchange instructions & Refund instructions

-          Supplier supply shortages

-          The style/size does not match the contents of the order.

-          Significant damage prevents the product from functioning properly.

 

15.   BANG BANG LTD reserves the right of final decision. If you have stringent quality requirements for our products, we advise you to consider your order carefully or to purchase available stock directly from our retail store.

 

預訂條款

 

1.        不論你經任何方式包括﹕Whatsapp, Facebook, 門市及網店,向本店預訂貨品,即代表你明白及同意此預訂條款的所有內容,如有任何爭議,均以本條款內容為依據。

 

2.        如選擇網上下單,請於網站內選擇貨品、顏色和尺碼 ->預訂加入購物車 -> 結帳 -> 填寫收件人名稱、電話及運送地址 -> 選擇付款方式 -> 確認及提交訂單-> 付款-> 等待我們的到貨通知及驗收貨品。

 

3.        客人落單時必須確保下列資料正確無誤,我們不會就下列資料錯誤所引致的問題承擔任何責任:

-        貨品、顏色、訂購數量和尺碼
-        收件人名稱、電話及運送地址
-        付款資料

 

4.        所有預訂貨品以先成功付款先得方式處理,成功完成付款後訂單才正式生效。訂單必須於 24 小時內或訂明的截單日前完成付款方能確保可以成功預訂,如超過上述時限付款, 有機會導致預訂不成功或缺貨情況。

 

5.        預訂需時約 2 - 4 星期或該貨品頁面描述欄中注明的預計到貨時間到貨,只供參考。實際視乎供應商出貨及速遞運送情況,如遇上特別情況例如海關檢查,天氣因素及速遞延誤等,有機會需要額外 1-2 星期或更長的時間,恕不另行通知。

 

6.        貨品到達後我們會續一安排點貨及通知客人取貨,如未超逾6星期預訂時間,本店將不會回覆任何貨品運送情況,如缺貨的話本店會盡早通知,如未收到此等通知即代表貨品仍在運送途中,請耐心等侯。人手有限,需處理大量訂單,敬請諒解。

 

 

7.        預購商品因等待時間較長,預計到貨時間將於預購商品描述欄中顯示。通知及預購商品將依訂單的順序分批發送。

 

8.        所有訂單經付款確認後,除非經我們書面作實,否則均不能作出任何修改。在任何情況下,所有已付款確認的訂單如因為由於客戶錯誤購買或產品問題以外的個人原因而需要取消訂單,將收取訂單總金額 5% 作為服務費用。詳情可參閱 : 退款說明

 

9.        預訂如因尺碼不合適問題不設退換,本店可以提供售賣經驗及官方尺碼資料(如有)給客人作參考,最終所選擇的尺碼的決定權在客人一方。

 

10.        所有貨品均以實際出廠設定為準,本網站所提供的預訂圖片只供參考。如生產商修改產品的設計,我們不會就此修改而取消訂單或接受任何退換貨申請。

 

11.     供應商會因不同地區發行而對商品包裝有所不同 (包括: 外盒,外商品貼紙, 包裝紙, 商品掛牌等),而我們亦是從世界各地進行採購 (包括: 美國、歐洲、日本、台灣、中國等),所有預訂商品均不能以商品包裝與心中預期不符為理由要求更換或退款。

 

12.     訂單內的貨品內容,每件貨品均作獨立結算,因此取貨時如訂單內的貨品未能完全到達,客人取貨亦必須先支付所提取貨品的餘額。如部份訂單內的貨品訂購不成功,本公司會退還未能成功訂購貨品所支付的訂金。在此情況下,客人亦必須全數支付其餘成功訂購貨品的餘額。如客人要求訂單內的所有貨品均能成功訂購,必須在交易進行前向我們提出並得到我們的書面確認。

 

13.      在門市購買及選擇門市自取的顧客,請收到本店的到貨通知後,必須於通知日起計 2星期內親臨門市取貨並同時須繳付未付的餘額,本店並不會再次提醒客人取貨,所有超過 2星期內仍未取貨的訂單將直接當棄單處理,所有訂金將不獲退還。

 

14.      在下列特殊情況下,本店會為客人進行全數退款或換貨,詳情請參閱 : 退換貨說明退款說明

-        供應商缺貨
-        款式/尺碼與訂單上的內容不乎
-        重大的損壞,導致產品無法發揮其原有功能。

 

15.      BANG BANG LTD  保留最終決定權。如果您對我們的產品品質有嚴格要求,我們建議您仔細考慮您的訂單,或直接向我們的零售店購買現貨。
