折扣優惠碼及促銷活動使用條款及細則：

1. 【套用及付款限制】

  • 所有折扣優惠碼或促銷優惠，必須在完成下單及付款前，於結賬頁面的指定欄位輸入並成功套用。

  • 一經成功付款，即代表顧客同意該筆訂單的最終結算金額。本公司一概不接受任何付款後要求追溯套用優惠、取消訂單重新下單、或要求以現金/退款形式補回折扣差額之申請。

2. 【優惠疊加限制】

  • 每筆訂單（Order）僅限使用一個優惠碼或參與一項促銷活動。

  • 除非活動條款另有明文說明，否則所有優惠碼及促銷活動均不可與網站內的其他優惠、限時減價商品（Sale items）、會員折扣或免運費優惠同時疊加使用。

3. 【取消訂單、退換貨與服務費政策】

  • 凡使用優惠碼或參與促銷活動購入的訂單，若因顧客個人原因（如買錯款式、改變主意等，而非商品本身質量缺陷）申請取消訂單或退款：

    • 本公司將收取訂單總金額的 5% 作為行政及服務費用，並於退款中直接扣除。

    • 計算退款時，將以顧客實際支付的最終金額為準（即扣除所有折實後的金額）。

    • 訂單取消後，已使用的優惠碼將自動作廢，恕不退還、補發、折現或轉讓。

4. 【最終決定權】

  • 所有優惠碼及促銷活動皆設有指定有效期限或數量限制，先到先得，額滿或過期即止。

  • Bang Bang Litimed 保留隨時修訂、暫停或終止任何優惠碼及促銷活動使用規則之權利，毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。

 

Discount Code & Promotion Terms & Conditions:

1. At-Checkout Requirement:

  • All discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout before completing your payment.

  • We are unable to apply discounts, issue partial refunds, or retroactively add promo codes once an order has been paid and processed. Once payment is completed, the final transaction amount is deemed accepted.

2. No Double-Discounting / Combining Offers:

  • Only one discount code or promotional offer can be used per order.

  • Unless specified otherwise, promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined with any other ongoing sales, discounted/clearance items, member rewards, or free shipping offers.

3. Cancellation & Handling Fee Policy:

For any orders placed using a discount code or via a promotional event, if a cancellation or refund is requested due to personal reasons (such as changing your mind or choosing the wrong item, and not due to product defects):

  • A 5% service and handling fee of the total order amount will be deducted from your final refund.

  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual net amount paid by the customer (after all discounts applied).

  • Any promotional codes used will become invalid upon cancellation and will not be re-issued, refunded, or exchanged for cash.


4. Final Decision:

  • All promotional offers and discount codes are subject to expiry dates and limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Bang Bang Limited reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional codes or activities at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, our decision shall be final.
