The 3rd generation Tokyo Marui Model 19, also known as the G19, it was a product of the 80's and was the pistol of choice for the Austrian Army. It was later adopted by the Miami Police Department in '87, and the trend carried on with the NYPD using it as a service pistol in '89.
The Tokyo Marui version is a worthy replica of the real deal, combining excellent mechanics with the authentic-looking aesthetics of the exterior. As you would expect from Marui, this is a well-built gas blowback pistol, which is mechanically and physically very solid.
Metal inscribed serial number located on the frame below the barrel also acts as a concealed safety. Internal hammer system allows the gun to be pre-cocked for instant shooting. The trigger design means that accidental discharge is prevented unless you deliberately pull the trigger with your finger. Where the Marui Model 19 shines above the old guard KSC Glock 17 is in accuracy and distance. As we have come to expect from Marui pistols, this shoots VERY straight and is highly accurate. With no wind, travel trajectory is EXTREMELY straight and stable.
The hop-up dial can be adjusted once you take apart the slide. Pull down on the disassembly lever and move the slide forwards off the frame. The hop-up dial is located on the barrel assembly which is visible after you remove the slide.
It's been 1 years since Marui debut their first M4 GBBR and now it's finally the successor, available for the rest of the world to grasp. Tokyo Marui are known for innovating and pushing the limits. It remains all the features from the old one, yet, it comes in a more compact sized and a few extra new perks to it!
One would think that holding it for the first time would be light and flimsy, but it isn't. It's just as heavy as its competitors and its finish is far more beautiful. For instance, you have the cerakote finish which leaves a fine texture on the receiver. It looks pristine and untouched. That will all change once you buy it and take it the field.
Since it is a Marui product, we do urge you to use HFC134A gas as it will consistently shoot around 280 fps (just below the legal limit of Japan) consistently. The low powered gas doesn't give it the most satisfying kick, but it is pleasantly surprising nevertheless. Full auto feels solid with hardly any signs of immediate cooldown.
So why did Tokyo Marui take so long? This is because they wanted to perfect, make sure there are no flaws. They saw the weaknesses of previous M4 GBBRs and they decided to work on the weakest point, the bolt carrier. It uses the ZET system which ensures the safety and longevity of the bolt carrier, making sure it will last a very long time. Tokyo Marui stressed test the bolt lock for over 10,000 times to prove how durable the ZET system is. The internals are all propriety but we can assure you that there will be upgrade parts in the near future.
The CQBR Block 1 differs from the standard M4A1 MWS with the following features:
10.5 inch CQB length outer barrel
CQBR rear sight
Sling mount plate
LMT style buttstock
The nozzle is made out of plastic which doesn't give a satisfying sound when releasing the bolt, but the fact that it is made out of plastic ensures that the air seal is tight. This functions makes sure that the gas only goes through the inner barrel with no leakage expelling out the chamber. The buffer tube is commercial spec so milspec stocks will fit. However, there will be slight play while having it on. Believe it not, it also have a functioning forward assist as the bolt carrier doesn't sit all the way forward when released.
We cannot stop people from using Top Gas, in fact, we know people will. That means the other companies will go crazy when it comes to internal replacement parts. This means that in a couple months, you'll have a Tokyo Marui M4 GBBR that will outperform a lot of gas blow back M4s already out on the market.
The popular MK23 special forces pistol is reborne by Tokyo Marui in this fixed slide version with full LAM unit and metal detacheable SOCOM silencer included. Comes in tidy plastic carrying case. Foam filled SOCOM silencer really silences.

Everyone knows the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 5.1 is one of most reliable, accurate and consistent GBB pistols out there. They aren't wrong, as every manufacturing company known for making spare parts have always custom designed an accessory for the Hi Capa. Now, Tokyo Marui release their Gold Match version. So what has changed? The slide has new serrations that make cycling very smooth. The frame now comes with an already attached picatinny rail for accessories and a new slanted cut for aesthetics. They have extended the slide release making it easier to release the slide without having to break your hand away from a shooting position. It includes a red fiber front making easier for target acquisition. One thing that sticks out like a sore thumb are the golden parts, such as the trigger, outer barrel, thumb safety, screws and hammer. This is purely for aesthetic reasons but it does make the Hi Capa more like an actual Race Gun. Internally, it's very much the same. The hop up can be found once you remove the slide. In terms of accuracy, you can always expect the best out of Tokyo Marui but the Hi Capa, young and old, takes the cake. It does not have the have the hardest kick in the world but it's so incredibly snappy that target acquisition after every shot is easy.
About Tokyo Marui:
Tokyo Marui Co. Ltd is an airsoft gun and toy cars manufacturer located in Adachi, Tokyo, Japan that produced the AEG. The guns are principally sold in Japan, but are also sold worldwide. They were the first company to produce airsoft guns powered solely by electric-motor driven air compressors, which they called "Automatic Electric Gun" (AEG) in 1992. This compact air compressing system was implemented in their first battery-powered automatic firing replica, the FAMAS F1. Other airsoft guns were then introduced. The AEG system is still in use, and has been copied numerous times through the years by many other airsoft gun manufacturers.
