Holosun Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Coverage:
  • Bang Bang ("Company") provides a limited warranty ("Warranty") for its products ("Product") against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • The Warranty period shall commence from the date of purchase and extend for the duration of one year, as evidenced by a valid purchase receipt.

Warranty Claims:
  • To make a Warranty claim, the original purchaser ("Customer") must promptly notify the Company's customer support via email : info@bangbang.com.hk or WhatsApp.

  • The Customer will be required to provide proof of purchase, including the product's serial number and original sales receipt or invoice.

Warranty Services:
  • The Company, at its discretion, will repair or replace any defective Product covered under the Warranty.

  • The Customer is responsible for shipping the defective Product to the Company's designated service center and The repaired or replaced Product will be shipped back to the Customer at their own expense.

Packaging and Accessories:
  • To be eligible for Warranty services, the Customer must retain all original packaging and accessories that were included with the Product.

Warranty Exclusions:
  • The Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by intentional misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or improper handling.

- Damage to the optical lens or glass components of the Product .
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or aesthetic issues that do not affect the Product's functionality.

Global Warranty:
  • The Warranty is valid globally, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  • The Customer is responsible for any applicable shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or import fees associated with Warranty services.

Limitations of Liability:
  • The Company's liability under the Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product as stated in “Warranty Service” and “Warranty Exclusions”.

  • In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Product was purchased. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Modifications and Severability:
  • The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

 

Holosun 保養:

保養範圍:

  •  Bang Bang(「本公司」)為其產品(「Holosun」)提供針對材料和產品缺陷的有限保養(「保養」)。
  • 保養期自購買日起計算,延長至一年,以有效購買收據為依據。

 

保養申請:

  •  如需提出保養申請,原始購買者(「客戶」)必須立即透過電子郵件: info@bangbang.com.hkWhatsApp 通知本公司的客戶服務部。
  • 客戶需要提供購買證明,包括產品的序號和原始銷售收據或發票。

 

保養服務:

  •  本公司將自行決定修理或更換保養範圍內的任何有缺陷的產品。
  •  客戶負責將有缺陷的產品運送到公司指定的服務中心,維修或更換。
  • 客戶需負責承擔保養服務中所產生的運費。(包括運送到公司指定的服務中心的運費及維修後運送到客戶的運費)

 

包裝及配件:

  •   為了獲得保養服務的資格,客戶必須保留產品隨附的所有原始包裝和配件。(包括說明書)




保養除外情況

保養不包括:

  •   因故意誤用、濫用、意外、疏忽或不當處理而造成的損壞。
  •   產品的光學鏡頭或玻璃組件損壞。
  •   不影響產品功能的正常磨損、外觀損壞或美觀問題。



全球保養:

  •   保養在全球範圍內有效,並受此處列出的條款和條件的約束。
  •   客戶需負責承擔與保養服務相關的任何適用的運輸費用、稅金、關稅或進口費用。



責任限制:

  •  本公司在保養項下的責任僅限於「保養服務」及「保養除外情況」所述的有瑕疵產品的維修或更換。
  •  在任何情況下,本公司均不對因使用或無法使用本產品而造成的任何間接、後果性或附帶損害負責。

 

治理法律和管轄區:

  •  這些條款和條件應受購買產品所在司法管轄區的法律管轄並依其解釋。 因這些條款引起的或與這些條款相關的任何爭議均應受該司法管轄區法院的專屬管轄。

 

修改和可分割性:

  •  本公司保留自行決定修改或修改這些條款和條件的權利。 如果這些條款的任何規定被視為無效或無法執行,則其餘規定仍具有完全效力。
